SoliCap ASBL is an association whose purpose is to promote inclusion, solidarity and self-improvement, in particular through sports, educational, entrepreneurial and awareness-raising projects in support of persons with disabilities.

Cash donations are accepted only in compliance with the applicable Belgian legal provisions.
The association’s bank details may be communicated via the website or provided upon written request addressed to the association.
Any donation made to SoliCap ASBL is, in principle, final and non-refundable.
A refund may be considered only in the event of a clear error (duplicate payment, incorrect amount, technical error), upon written and reasoned request.
SoliCap ASBL is not yet approved to issue tax certificates.
Once the association obtains the required tax approval, donations will be tax-deductible in accordance with applicable Belgian legislation and subject to the conditions set out therein.
